The rooms were clean and well-designed, with comfortable beds and a spacious layout. The hotel also had convenient amenities like Lysol wipes readily available and a kitchen with a dishwasher and full fridge/freezer. Parking was never an issue, even on a busy weekend.

The hotel could improve on their cleanliness, as some guests noticed litter on the grounds and stained outdoor seating cushions.

everything was great, favourable location in the middle of jackson, the staff were accommodating. location: the hotel was right by tampa and front fountain and water. before bed i went to mangos for a nightcap, it's a short way from the property. loved my stay, it was comfortable.

The rooms are nice styled and big and they have central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a microwave. Private bathroom is clean. Offers excellent service and great food. Free Wi-Fi in public areas is really cool: D

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the room and lobby area always kept clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Donald, Jim, and Makayla at the front desk. They fulfilled any requests promptly. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious room layout and a well-equipped kitchenette. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had a glass door, which is much cleaner than a shower curtain. Parking was never an issue, even on a busy weekend.

Accommodating and amiable staff suggested restaurants. I asked for queen studio with central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV, it was fabulous. The bathroom was fairly clean here. The service was excellent, totally satisfied.

One issue we encountered was with the breakfast. They often ran out of items like eggs, fruit, and pastries early in the morning, even though breakfast was supposed to be available until 9am.
